Return and Exchange Policy
Here at Tickle The Moon, we want you to be over the moon happy with your purchase! But if things don’t work out, please contact us at Help@ticklethemoon.com, and we will try to make things right for you.
Our hassle-free policy has only a few rules:
- Requests for a return or a refund must be placed within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- If, for some reason, an item does not arrive, place your refund request within 15 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We will request some evidence of the issue in the form of a dated, digital photograph, and you may be required to return the item to a specific warehouse location. Certain items under warranty may have different return requirements, so please contact us at email@example.com right away.
- We cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
- Personal hygiene items, intimate use items, or consumables cannot be returned. Please contact us if there is an issue with the product.
- Discounted Items cannot be returned, however, many of our items carry warranties, so please contact us if there is an issue.
- After Tickle The Moon approves a cancellation or refund and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, we will return or credit the amount of the purchase and any standard shipping fees, minus a $25.00 restocking fee. This restocking fee may be waived in certain cases.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and in some cases the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
- This policy may be updated at any time.
